Environment / Sustainability
From 2021 onwards, approximately 1/3 of the electricity required will be purchased as solar power, which will be produced on a neighbouring property. By voluntarily participating in the Energy Agency for Industry programme, milchgold Käse AG is committed to actively reducing CO2 emissions and optimising energy efficiency. The target agreement has been recognised by the federal government, the cantons and partners in the business community.
